These Terms & Conditions of Sale ("Terms of Sale") apply to all transactions concluded via this site, published by GA-ADVISORY. Any individual or legal entity making a purchase through our secure payment platform is considered a "customer".
GA-ADVISORY reserves access to its products and services (communications services, coaching, digital content) to persons aged 16 and older. Any newsletter subscriber who does not meet this criterion will be removed from our database as soon as we become aware of it.
Any order placed on this site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale. The order is confirmed once the service has been selected and payment made in full, or according to the agreed terms. An order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been validated.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of applicable taxes where relevant. Prices may be changed at any time; however, the price applied to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Payment is due immediately on the order date. Payment is made by credit or debit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international cards (Mastercard or Visa). American Express is not accepted. Secure online payment is provided by Stripe. Information transmitted is encrypted in line with current security standards. Any guarantee relating to the security of this system is the sole responsibility of Stripe and cannot be attributed to GA-ADVISORY.
As our services are provided in digital form, access is delivered electronically, to the email address provided at the time of order, generally within 24 to 48 hours after payment is validated. It is the customer's responsibility to check that their email address is correct when ordering. If access is not received, the customer should contact our support team.

GA-ADVISORY does not guarantee a specific number of followers, engagement rate or revenue. GA-ADVISORY's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service concerned during the billing period in question.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, failing that, by the competent French courts. The customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment date by contacting us at [email protected]. Refund requests submitted after this 7-day period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at GA-ADVISORY's sole discretion.
